if you are a carpenter/engineer/dongilbert working on setting up the sugar house. The layers include- double hat for warmth, headlamp, headset with radio receiver, bifocal safety glasses and finally, a face mask for blocking out sawdust.

Sunday, March 15th Sugaring Work
Pat and Don were busy this weekend, putting in the Reverse Osmosis machine in the sugar house, and stringing up some more line in the woods.

Thursday, March 12th Scott's Gourmet Kitchen
This picture was taken on Sunday, when we went to Scott's new apartment and had a delicious dinner of shrimp and sausage on grits. Below is also a photo of Scott's new digs, looking from his bedroom area. Nice place for a great price!
