Monday, May 11th Rain and Apple Blossoms


After several days of extra warm weather, and one of cool rain, the apple blossoms decided to pop out.

Saturday, May 9th Jim Palmer Becomes NY State #1 Singles Rower

and his mom is very proud. The race was in Saratoga Springs and Don was there to witness it.  Sunday he went on with his team to earn the gold medal for the four man crew team.  Next up...... Nationals!

Wednesday, May 6th Banjo and Don Sleep In

These little alpine plants, called Rock Jasmine, I could only find at a nursery in Fort Collins, CO.  They are headed for my front garden and maybe a couple of woodline edge gardens.

Mo spent her Sunday afternoon shoveling horse manure from her friends horse farm into the truck and over to her garden.  This should make the flowers bloom!!
